Send In Service - Personalised Hand Embroidered Name On Your Own Knitted Item

Our new send in service! We are now offering a send in service so you can get your special knitted items personalised with a name or word of your choosing! This can be anything up to 10 characters. This is all done by our small family team in the Uk.

Please note we can only embroider on knitted items. If your item is from the high street and not hand knitted, please send us a picture so we can check it is still workable :)

Once you have completed your order we will contact you with the address to post your item to. We ask for you to cover the cost of postage when sending your item to us. We advise for you to send it tracked so the item doesn't get lost! Please include your name and order number in the package. The return postage cost will be covered by the postage cost you pay at checkout.

As this is a customised to order service we therefore ask that you allow up to 1 week for us to dispatch your item, once we have received it. If you need something urgently please let us know and we will see what we can do.

The names are embroidered using 100% wool yarn. We advise to hand wash your item after it has been embroidered.
